Vogue 9827 Misses / Misses Petite Top Skirt and Pants Sewing Pattern  

Loose fitting pullover top, two lengths, has bias front/back, back neck slit, button/loop, shoulder pads, side slits and long sleeves. Flared, double layered skirtm below mid calf, has elastic waistband. Staight-legged pants ( very loose fitting through hips), have elastic waist.
