Loose-fitting, wrap, blouson top has bias collar, with button/loop, shoulder pads, front and back right side tucks, bias waist drape with tie end and carrier, concealed band and long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs. No provision for above-waist adjustment. Tapered, lined skirt, above mid-knee, has back-button waistband, front extending slightly to back and back zipper.
