Dress or Top with full skirt gathered to bodice at raised waistline seam has short sleeves and single back button and loop closure. Dress can be made with or without self bows. Purchased ribbon rosettes and eyelet trim. Top has optional self bow. Pull on pants or shorts have elastic waistline casing. Capri pants have side slits with or without bows.
