Simplicity 6041 Girls Pullover Dress in Two lengths Sewing Pattern 

Dress with elastic shoulder casings has gathered skirt stitched to bodice at waistline. V.1 has short puffed sleeves with elastic lower casings and ribbon trim and sash. Long length V. 2 has optional ribbon sash or tie belt and elbow length sleeves with elastic casings forming self ruffles. V. 3 has eyelet sleeves and optional tie belt.
