Buttoned blouses have back pleats, self-lined back yoke with forward shoulder seams and shoulder pads. Views A and B have notched collar; A has long, cuffed sleeves; B has short sleeves. View C and D have tie collar and shoulder pleats; C has long sleeves with cuffs; D has faced cap sleeves. Purchased belt is optional for all views.
