Shirt, all views, has faced front and back yokes, collar with neckband, front band opening and long sleeves pleated to cuffs. View A, B and D have patch pockets with flaps. View B has net or lace yokes, faced with organza. View D has contrast yokes, collar and cuffs; yoked and cuffs are cut bias. Rhinestone trim is optional for views A or C. All views: Buttons or snap fasteners may be used for all closures. Top-stitching. Optional purchased belt.
