Butterick 5706 Cabbage Patch kids Girls Vest Top Skirt Shorts and Pants Sewing Pattern 

Loose-fitting, unlined, above hip vest has collar, dropped shoulders, pockets and elastic at lower edge. Snap or button closing. Semi-fitted, pullover top has drawstring and above elbow length sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows) or long sleeves. Straight skirt, above mid-knee, shorts or pants have elastic waist. Shorts: slits and narrow hem. Pants: elastic legs. Package contains a pattern for a Cabbage Patch Kids top and skirt. Iron-on transfers included.
