70s Style 2499 Junior / Teens Petite Dress Sewing Pattern  

Pull over the head flared dress is gathered around neck to rounded collar and had front slit opening ( fastened with self fabric ties for View 1 and 2). The below elbow length raglan sleeves are elasticized at lower edge. View 1 has elasticized waistline and is completed with trimming, View 2 and View 3 ( Worn with purchased lace collar) have deep frill along lower edge,
