70s Simplicity 7317 Junior Petite Step in Dress in Two Lengths and Shorts Sewing Pattern

The "Step-in"Dress with front band and button closing has notched collar and set-in sleeves.
V1 and 2 have long sleeves gathered to button cuffs and optional pocket. V1 has contrasting collar, band and cuffs. Above knee length. 
V3 with slits in side seams has short sleeves with turn back cuffs and matching shorts with side zipper and waistband.
